Question 1

How does RecallIQ work?

RecallIQ connects to your customer database and automatically sends MOT and service reminders by SMS or email at the right time — before their vehicle is due. You set it up once and it runs automatically.

Question 2

How much does RecallIQ cost?

Accepted Answer

RecallIQ is free to start. Pro is £29/month and the AEO plan is £79/month. There are no per-SMS charges and no hidden costs.

Question 3

Can I import my existing customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RecallIQ has a built-in data import tool that accepts CSV files from most garage management systems.

Question 4

How quickly will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Most garages see improved booking rates within the first 30 days. Our average customer reports 85% MOT customer retention within 3 months.

Question 5

Is RecallIQ better than MOT Manager?

Accepted Answer

RecallIQ is purpose-built for retention and revenue growth — not just reminders. It includes churn risk alerts, bulk campaigns, Google review automation, and profitability dashboards that MOT Manager doesn't offer.
